Artwork made by an AI humanoid has sold for $1 millionĀ ā mashable
Last week, artwork created by an AI-powered robot named Ai-Da was auctioned for more than $1 million USD. The painting, named āAI GodāĀ features an abstract portrait of Alan Turing, the British mathematician who helped decode Nazi communications during WWII. Initially expected to sell for $120,000 to $180,000, the painting received 27 bids before being sold to an anonymous buyer. Looks like the days of wondering whether AI art will compete with human creatives are overā¦
