After studying Media and Visual Arts at Koç University and completing an internship at Thomson Reuters, she began pursuing a career in journalism. Since university, Eylül has been actively writing for various magazines on intersectional environmentalist feminism.

She studied Media and Visual Arts at Koç University and completed a master’s degree in The Art and the Industry of Narration at Cattolica University. After an internship at Thomson Reuters, she began pursuing a career in journalism. Since her university years, Eylül has been contributing to various magazines, often writing on intersectional environmentalist feminism. Eylül firmly believes that no issue is more urgent than another, and in her writings for Thred, she centers her own experiences and those of the people around her – predominantly in Türkiye, North Africa, and Southwest Asia.
